Quick question regarding renewals, approx how long before the payment goes through and our sub starts up again? I renewed at a bitcoin atm, and last time I used it, the sub started back up within hours. This time it's been almost 24hrs and still no TV, but we did receive a email stating our renewal payment was accepted and our sub was successfully renewed also..

Check your transaction status online and if nothing show up then contact your ATM provider:

Your transaction must reach 3 confirmations to be considered as completed.


Payment Confirmation Time:

PayPal (Mining): 24 - 48hrs.

Credit Card (Indacoin or CoinGate): 2 - 24hrs

1st: Payment Detected:

At 0 confirmations, this is to let you know that a payment was detected in the crypto address that we gave you. This doesn't mean that your payment is completed, it needs to be confirmed by the crypto network and that process may take 30 mins or more.

This one is very useful when you are using an ATM or sending the coins through third party, with this email you are sure that the person made a transaction to the specified address.

The fastest way to pay is sending Bitcoin Cash directly, it will take less than 60 mins to get your order confirmed.

2nd: Order Details:

At 3rd confirmation, this is the email with your order details from papiao.

I just checked my numbers through the donation checker, and it says they are "active'.. Is it safe to say that my subs are in fact renewed, but just taking some time to be updated in the server system for TV viewing? Is there something I may have to do here on my end with the buzz boxes to recalibrate the renewal sub connections? I don't recall ever doing anything last time I renewed my numbers, the TV just reconnected on its own..

If you renewed, you should see an additional 365 days added to the donations you renewed. If you see the additional time there, then you should be all good. You may need to attach the Mac of the buzz again. When you are in the checker, check if your Mac is still attached. If it isn't, attach the Mac of the buzz and see if the portal loads. If it doesn't, try switching to another portal

Thx boys, both my subs are up and running.. Had to input my Mac addys and switch over the portals.. Reset and reapply all my safety locks.. Things should hopefully be good now for a few years, or if I ever see the lifetime sub again, at which case, I won't ever have to deal with this delay again.. Somehow tho, my luck always seems to beg to differ...

Glad everything is ok now, we will be reviewing the renew process to make it more friendly.

Thx NFPS. I tried to reset and than sign back into the portal fresh, so it would pick up my Mac Addy new, but it wouldn't allow after 2 tries.. Inputting and than portal changes finally got me a picture on both boxes..
Again thx for all your help, you guys have always saved me in the past..
