2 credits MISSING!!

Hello, i am a reseller my account balance was 6 credits, I'm missing 2 credits. I was trying to renew 4 donations at the same time.
When I input how many donations to renew I put 4 donations to renew, then I hit checkout and 2 of them successfully updated to 375 days but the other 2 did not, now I have just 2 credits left on my panel where I was having 6. 2 credits disappear from my panel. Can you please help me to recover these 2 credits? or are they will come out ? i have 9 days left on those 2 donations

Were you rude or nasty to them? They've always responded to me within a day or 2. Remember, you draw more flies with honey than vinegar.

Don't no why the need to send 5 emails. Sure don't help your cause. 5 emails in 2 days i would skip by them also. Be patient you will get what you paid for or 1 email will be answered.
