    339 days on account. Has been working. Mac 3 digits 00 1A 79. Did IPTV reset and changed ports from one to 5. Same nag. Never seen this and have made no changes to account before today. Ideas? Thanks. Will provide additional info, just let me know what. This is a Dreamlink TI.

      Check for a box update. That did the trick.

        Mine is blocked as well. Watched it last night turned it on tonight and account blocked or expired. However the account is active. Tried changing portals, checked url, changed country and then changed it back - nothing is working. How can this just appear out of nowhere and then impossible to find asolution? Using Dreamlink t1 and 50mps everything has been fine for a really long time as far as connecting goes

          Check if you have an update available, the last update for the dreamlinks was a fix to a problem connecting to some portals

              Update enabled the box but completely messed up the EPG - info for channels completely wrong as if the time zone is incorrect- but its set properly as well as the country. Before update EPG was fine.

                My Dreamlink keeps saying "down load failed" I'm stuck with message "account blocked" (it is not blocked it is active). Any help appreciated.
