Satellite internet has lag time and it comes with its own sat dish and hardware. There is nothing cheap including the installation. Final thoughts.......forget about it.

Hughes as in Howard Hughes's satellite company provides satellite internet service. Look them up and see if the system suits your needs. It works really welll.

If you get good service with AT&T and have a Cricket dealer near you here is a good option if you live in the country and only have dish or direct for tv providers. Go Cricket Wireless an buy a sim card $10. Get a Velocity hot spot from Best Buy $60. Put the sim card in the hot spot. Call Cricket and activate the sim. Tell them you want the unlimited service $55 a month no contract.
Don't tell them what you are doing or they will not activate the sim.

I am still using that method with a tweak. Cricket is set to 8mbs and I have found that I can use an AT&T account and get around 25mbs for $85 a month.
